Mozart Piano Concertos
Three of Mozart’s early concertos heard in piano and string quartet version featuring Serbian pianist Ljubica Stojanović and members of the Fidelio Orchestra. The programme includes the first of Mozart’s piano concertos (K.238) to give the piano a proper stage with developed solo passages. Concerto No. 13 is perhaps the first concerto in its genre to fully acknowledge the possibility of the piano as a solo instrument in an ensemble.
